Minimum Requirements
In order to become a Residence Manager, you must meet the minimum requirements:

  • Home furnishings must be reviewed and approved by Premier Show Homes
  • Cannot be a smoker
  • Cannot own pets
  • Maintain an immaculate home at all times
  • Allow realtors to show the home with proper notice
  • Pay a small amount per month to reside in the property
  • Pay utilities required to live in the home
  • Willing to relocate periodically to another luxurious property
